# What to Do When You See “Approval Required” when trying to join your 1:1 coaching session

If you see an **“Approval Required”** message or the **Join** button is missing:

- **Refresh the page** and ensure you're within 10 minutes of the session time.
- If the issue persists, contact **support@newlevelwork.com** and include:  
    - Your full name
    - The session title and date/time
    - A brief description of the issue

Optionally, notify your coach directly by scrolling to the **Session Instructor** section on your session page and clicking the **Email** link.
