If you see an “Approval Required” message or the Join button is missing:
- Refresh the page and ensure you're within 10 minutes of the session time.
- If the issue persists, contact support@newlevelwork.com and include:
- Your full name
- The session title and date/time
- A brief description of the issue
- Your full name
Optionally, notify your coach directly by scrolling to the Session Instructor section on your session page and clicking the Email link.
