- Open Your Assessment Invitation Email
- Locate the email from New Level Work with the subject line:
“Welcome to 360 Assessment!” - Click the “Start 360° Survey” button at the bottom of the email.
- Locate the email from New Level Work with the subject line:
- Access the Feedback Management Page
- On the Overview page, click “Get Started”.
- This will take you to the Request Feedback screen where all previously added coworkers are listed.
- Resend the Invitation
- Find the coworker who did not receive the survey.
Click the trash can icon next to their name to remove them from the list. - Re-enter their name, email address, and relationship (e.g., peer, manager).
- Click Next to re-send the feedback invitation.
- Find the coworker who did not receive the survey.
- Notify Your Coworker
- Let your coworker know that the invitation has been re-sent. They should see this subject “Your feedback is needed - Contributor Survey!”
- Ask them to check their inbox, spam, or junk folders for the email.

- Make sure the email address you entered is accurate and free of typos.
- Encourage coworkers to whitelist emails from @newlevelwork.com to ensure delivery.
