      What to Do If You or Your Coworkers Miss the Impact Assessment Deadline

      If you or your coworkers are unable to complete the 360° Impact Assessment or feedback survey by the designated due date, the system will automatically close access to the survey once the deadline passes.

      How to Reopen the Assessment:

      Option 1: Contact Support

      Reach out to our support team at support@newlevelwork.com.
      Be sure to include the following information in your email:

        • Your full name
        • Your work email address
      • Your company name
      • A brief explanation that you missed the survey deadline and would like it reopened

      Option 2: Reach Out to Your Coach

      You may also contact your coach, who can help coordinate with our operations team to request that your assessment be reopened.

      Notes:

      • It’s best to act quickly after the deadline to minimize delays in your coaching process.
        Only authorized team members can reopen assessments—please wait for confirmation before attempting to access the survey again.

      Hi New Level Work Support Team,

      I hope you're well. I’m writing to request that my 360° Impact Assessment be reopened, as I was unable to complete it before the due date.

      Details:
