What to Do If You Miss a Group Training Session

If you miss a Group Training class, you will automatically be enrolled in an Extended Learning Materials course, which provides a recap video and related asynchronous learning resources to help you catch up.

How to Access Your Extended Learning Materials

1. Log in to Your New Level Work Account
   Visit New Level Work (or your designated login portal) and sign in.
   
   
2. Navigate to Your Learning Portal
   Click on the User Menu located in the upper left-hand corner of your dashboard.
   Select My Learning Portal from the dropdown menu.
   
   
3. Find Your Extended Learning Course
   
   • Scroll down to the My Courses section.
   • Locate the course with the same session name as the class you missed.
   • Look for the course labeled “Extended Learning Materials.”
     
     
4. Access Recap and Resources
   
   • Select the Extended Learning Materials course.
   • You’ll be directed to a page where you can:
     
     
     • Watch the Recap Video
       Review the Action Guide
     • Explore additional Learning Resources

• Extended Learning Materials are available for sessions you attended and missed.
• Be sure to review the materials promptly to stay on track with your learning goals.
