What to Do If the "Join" Button Does Not Appear for Your Group Training Class

The Join button typically appears 10 minutes before the start of a scheduled group training session.

If the button does not appear, follow these steps:

1. Confirm and Refresh

  • Double-check the current time to ensure you are within 10 minutes of the session start.
  • Refresh your browser page to update the session details.

2. Contact Support

  • If the Join button is still missing, email our support team at support@newlevelwork.com.

  • Be sure to include:

    • Your full name
    • The session title
    • The scheduled date and time
    • A brief description of the issue

The support team will promptly provide you with the Zoom link to access your class.

3. Notify Your Session Instructor (Optional)

  • Alternatively, you can also reach out directly to your session instructor.
  • To do this:

    • On the session page, scroll down to the Session Instructor section.
    • Click the Email link next to the instructor’s name to send them a message explaining your issue.

Notes

  • It’s a good practice to log in a few minutes early to allow time for troubleshooting.
  • Make sure you are using an updated browser and have a stable internet connection to avoid access issues.
