We’re sorry you’re having problems accessing your account. We know you’re looking forward to your program at BetterManager and we want nothing else than to get you going soon. Here’s what you can do to fix this:
- Make sure you’ve set your password. You can do this by using the link we sent you in your kickoff email.
- If you don’t see the kickoff email on your Inbox, try checking your Spam folder.
- If you didn’t receive your kickoff email, please send us a message at support@newlevelwork.com .
