How to Start and Complete Your 360° Impact Assessment or Self Survey

If you're enrolled in a 1:1 coaching program with New Level Work, you may be asked to complete an Impact Assessment. This could include a:

  • 360° Survey
  • Self Survey
  • Individual Contributor Survey

Step 1: Look for the Assessment Invitation Email

Once your coaching program is launched, you’ll receive an email from New Level Work with the subject line:
“Welcome to 360 Assessment!”

Tip: If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or outbox folders.

Step 2: Start the Assessment

  • Open the email and click the “Start 360° Survey” button at the bottom.
  • This will take you to the Impact Assessment Overview screen.
  • Read the instructions carefully, then click “Get Started” at the bottom.

Step 3: Request Feedback from Coworkers

  • On the Request Feedback page, you can watch a short instructional video to guide you.
  • Add the names, email addresses, and relationships (e.g., direct reportpeermanager) of the colleagues you’d like to invite to provide feedback.
  • Once you’ve added your feedback providers, click Next.
  • The feedback submission deadline will be shown at the top of the screen, highlighted in blue. Make sure to notify your colleagues in time.

Step 4: Complete Your Self-Survey

  • After submitting feedback requests, you'll be prompted to complete your Self Survey.
  • This takes approximately 20–25 minutes to complete.
  • You must complete at least 90% of the survey to receive a final report; however, we highly recommend completing 100% for the most accurate and actionable insights.
